Job description:
- Conducts semen examination and preparation forIntrauterine Insemination (IUI), Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI), and Conventional In-vitro Fertilization (CIVF).
- Performs Seminal fluid analysis.
- Processes samples collected from Testicular Sperm Extraction (TESE), Percutaneous Epididymal SpermAspiration (PESA) andMicroscopic Testicular Sperm Extraction (Micro-TESE).
- Carries out and collects oocytes from the follicular fluid.
- Assesses the fertilization process and the division of embryos.
- Conducts embryo preparation before the embryo transfer.
- Conducts the Intra Cytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI).
- Performs cryopreservation of human semen and testicular tissues.
- Conducts embryo vitrification and thawing procedures.
- Ensures that established quality assurance regulations and safety precautions are adhered to and prescribed protective clothing always worn.
- Carries out periodic daily preventive/corrective maintenance on instruments and equipment.
Requirement:
- Knowledge of Trophectoderm Biopsy and Tubing preferred.
- Skills in Oocyte Freezing.
- Skills in Embryoscope preferred.
